IT was a golden day for Leithenburn in Stirling on Saturday.
The Innerleithen club claimed all of the youth sprint titles beneath the shadow of the Castle.
Struan Wells, who has been in great form recently, blasted up the 90 metres track to break the tape ahead of his training partner Sam Archibald.
The places were reversed on the Highland Games outside track as 14-year-old Sam claimed the 200 metres ahead of Struan.
But the biggest cheer of all was saved for nine-year-old Aaron Glendinning who led all the way to win the gru8elling 400 metres.
Aaron followed up his success with a runners-up place in the 800 metres.
Coach John Motion said: "I'm delighted for all three of our runners."
